This Privacy Policy explains how ADD Marketing Group, LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit our websites, register for our training, or purchase our products and services.

This website (theaiincomeengine.com) and the products, training, software, and community offered through it (collectively, the “Services”) are operated by ADD Marketing Group, LLC (“ADD Marketing Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1.Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information we receive from third parties.

Information you provide

• Contact & account information — such as your name, email address, and any details you submit when you register for free training, opt in to a list, or create an account.
• Purchase information — when you buy a product, our retailer JVZoo and its payment processors collect your billing details. We receive a record of your transaction (such as product purchased, transaction ID, email, and order status) but we do not collect or store your full credit card or banking numbers.
• Communications & content — information you provide when you contact support, post in our community (e.g., our Discord server), respond to surveys, or submit testimonials.

Information collected automatically

• Usage & device data — such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits.
• Cookies & similar technologies — including analytics identifiers, advertising pixels, and affiliate-tracking identifiers (see Section 3).

Information from third parties

• Our retailer (JVZoo), payment processors, advertising and analytics partners, and affiliates may share information with us about your transactions and interactions so we can fulfill orders, credit affiliates, and improve the Services.

2.How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and deliver the Services, including products, training, software access, and community membership;
• Process and fulfill orders, manage installment/payment plans, and provide customer support;
• Send you transactional messages (such as receipts, access details, schedules, and account notices);
• Send you marketing and educational communications, where permitted, which you can opt out of at any time;
• Personalize and improve the Services and measure the performance of our content and advertising;
• Credit affiliate partners for referrals and operate our affiliate program;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, and technical problems; and
• Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3.Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate and improve the Services. These help us remember your preferences, understand how the Services are used, measure and serve advertising, and track affiliate referrals.

• Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your session.
• Analytics cookies help us understand traffic and usage.
• Advertising pixels (such as those from Facebook/Meta and other ad platforms) help us measure campaigns and reach relevant audiences. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook.
• Affiliate-tracking cookies record which partner referred you so the correct affiliate is credited. These identifiers may persist for a limited period (for example, up to 7 days).

You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of many advertising cookies through your device or platform privacy controls. Most browsers also honor a “Do Not Track” signal differently; we do not currently respond to a uniform DNT standard.

4.How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below:

• Retailer & payment processing — JVZoo acts as the retailer for our products, and JVZoo and its payment processors handle billing. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
• Service providers — vendors who help us operate the Services, such as email/marketing platforms, webinar and video hosting, community platforms (e.g., Discord), hosting, and analytics providers. They may process information only on our behalf.
• Affiliates & partners — we share limited transaction data needed to credit referrals.
• Legal & safety — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ADD Marketing Group, our users, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Some sharing of data with advertising partners for measurement and targeting may be considered “sharing” or “selling” under certain U.S. state laws. You may opt out as described in Section 6.

5.Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide the Services, and as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain business and financial records, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

6.Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

• Access or request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate information;
• Request deletion of your information;
• Opt out of marketing communications;

7.Email & SMS Communications

If you opt in, we may send you marketing and educational emails (and, where you provide your number and consent, text messages). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, and you may reply STOP to opt out of text messages. We may still send you non-marketing, transactional messages related to your purchases and account.

8.Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

9.Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

10.Third-Party Links & Services

The Services may contain links to, or rely on, third-party websites and platforms (such as JVZoo, Discord, Zoom, and video hosts). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with information.

11.International Users

We are based in the United States, and your information will be processed in the United States and other countries that may not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.

12.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice where required. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
